Things to work on: I'd say her hand looks like it's twisted too far back, the area around the breasts looks odd and the back leg looks too thin.
Her eyes look a tiny bit too small in relation to the size of her head, but I also have trouble getting that balance right, though you have done MUCH better than me.
That's it! Apart from a couple of tiny details, I'd say that this piece is overall fantastic. The design and colour scheme are wonderfully done, and your colouring style compliments everything well.
